摘要
试验旨在探究在亲鸽日粮中添加不同水平的维生素C(VC)对乳鸽体重、屠宰性能、肉品质、血清生化指标及血常规的影响。选取90对亲鸽及270只1日龄体重相近的乳鸽,将亲鸽与乳鸽随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复3笼,每笼有1对亲鸽和3只乳鸽。A组、B组、C组、D组、E组分别在基础日粮中添加0、200、400、800、1600 mg/kg VC。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示:各组乳鸽的末重和平均日增重差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组乳鸽的屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌率、腹脂率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组乳鸽的滴水损失、肌肉pH值、亮度值、红度值、黄度值差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组乳鸽血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量及各血常规指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,在亲鸽基础日粮中添加200~1600 mg/kg VC对28日龄乳鸽的体重、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清生化及血常规均无改善效果,不建议在亲鸽饲料中添加过量VC改善乳鸽的生长性能和肉品质。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of adding different levels of vitamin C(VC)to parent pigeons’diets on body weight,slaughter performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes and blood routine of squabs.90 pairs of parent pigeons and 270 squabs with similar body weight at one-day-old were selected,and the parent pigeons and squabs were randomly divided into five groups,with six repelicates in each group.There were three cages in each cage with one pair of baby pigeons and three squabs.Group A,group B,group C,group D,and group E were supplemented with 0,200,400,800,and 1600 mg/kg VC in basal diet,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 d,and formal experimental period was 28 d.The results showed that there was no significant difference in final weight and average daily weight gain of squabs in each group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in slaughtering rate,full evisceration rate,half evisceration rate,leg muscle rate,chest muscle rate,abdominal fat rate squabs in each group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in drip loss,muscle p H value,brightness,redness and yellowness among the groups of squabs(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum content of total protein,albumin,glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood routine indexes in each group of squabs(P>0.05).The study indicates that adding 200~1600 mg/kg VC to parent pigeon basal diet has no effect on body weight,slaughter performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes and blood routine of 28-day-old squabs.It is not recommended to add excessive VC to pigeons’diets to improve growth performance and product quality of squabs.
