摘要 为了研究再生砖粉砂浆在动压巷道中对锚杆支护结构发挥的作用,采用∅50mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验装置,研究四种不同再生砖粉替代率(0%,10%,20%,30%)的水泥砂浆在不同平均应变率等级下的动力学特性。试验结果表明:在冲击荷载作用下,当平均应变率小于110s^(-1)时,掺有砖粉的水泥砂浆峰值应变均大于对照组;在30~150s^(-1)平均应变率范围内,砖粉替代率为10%的再生砖粉水泥砂浆动态抗压强度高于其他组;相同应变率下,砖粉替代率为10%的再生水泥砂浆极限韧性最高、吸收能量最高,因此10%替代率下的再生砖粉水泥砂浆具有良好的抗冲击性能。这对研究建筑固体废弃物的再生利用以及如何合理选择锚杆支护材料具有参考价值。 In order to study the effect of recycled brick powder mortar on the anchor bolting structure in dynamic pressurized roadway,the dynamic mechanical properties of four types of cement mortars with different recycled brick powder replacement rates(0%,10%,20%and 30%)at different average strain rates were studied with the∅50mm Split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)used.The results show that the peak strain of cement mortar with brick powder have higher peak strain than the one without brick powder under the impact loading when the average strain rate less than 110s^(-1).Within the average strain rate ranges from 30 to 150s^(-1),the dynamic compressive strength of cement mortar with 10%recycled brick powder is higher than that of other groups.At the same strain rate,the cement mortar has the highest ultimate toughness and energy absorption,and therefore has the best impact shock resistance,which has the reference value to study the recycling of construction solid waste and how to choose bolt support material reasonably.
