摘要
目的探讨接纳与承诺疗法(ACT)对直肠癌肠造口患者病耻感的干预效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2020年8月至2021年7月该院108例直肠癌肠造口患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各54例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施ACT干预。比较2组社会影响量表(SIS)、造口患者生活质量量表(Stoma-QOL)评分情况。结果2组干预前SIS总分、Stoma-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组干预后SIS总分及各维度评分、Stoma-QOL评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后SIS总分、Stoma-QOL评分与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACT可有效降低直肠癌肠造口患者病耻感水平,提高患者生活质量与自我认知能力。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on the stigma of rectal cancer patients with enterostomy.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 108 rectal cancer patients with enterostomy in the hospital from August 2020 to July 2021,and they were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to random number table meth-od,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group re-ceived ACT intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of social impact scale(SIS)and stoma patient quality of life scale(Stoma-QOL)were compared between the two groups.Results There were no sig-nificant differences between the two groups in total SIS score and Stoma-QOL score before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the total score of SIS,score of each dimension and the score of Stoma-QOL in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total SIS score and Stoma-QOL score of the intervention group were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion ACT can effectively reduce the level of stigma of rectal cancer patients with enterostomy,and improve their quality of life and self-awareness.
