摘要
为研究高速公路建设过程中半填半挖路基的施工技术,文章选取了一个工程实例,通过监测路基的沉降量,结合防止路基沉降的预处理手段,对实际施工过程中各个施工工序的施工难点与技术难点进行阐述和分析,并对路基沉降机理进行探究。结果表明:路基施工中可对湿陷性黄土路堤中承载力低于150kPa的部分进行高速液压夯实,并进行5%灰土换填;然后铺筑土工格栅并结合台阶法进行路基填筑,路基填筑高度越高,越靠近路肩,沉降越大,不过沉降满足要求。研究可为类似工程提供参考。
To study the construction technology of half-filled and half-excavated roadbed in the process of highway construction,combined with engineering examples, the construction difficulties and technical difficulties of each construction process in the actual construction process were elaborated and analyzed by monitoring the settlement of the roadbed and combining with the pretreatment means to prevent the settlement of the roadbed. The mechanism of settlement of the roadbed was investigated. The results show that:the part of the wet-submerged loess embankment with bearing capacity lower than 150kPa can be compacted by high-speed hydraulic ramming and 5% gray soil replacement;after laying geocells and combining with the step method for roadbed filling, the greater the filling height of the filled roadbed and the closer to the shoulder, the greater the settlement, although the settlement meets the demand.It is expected that this study will provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
