摘要
目的:评估低温等离子射频治疗方法使用于声带白斑患者中的治疗价值。方法:选择2018年2月~2020年4月本医院治疗的72例声带白斑患者实施数值指标研究,采用随机掷骰子方式分组,每组各36例,试验组采取低温等离子射频治疗方法,参照组采取喉镜之下白斑剥脱手术治疗方法,记录各项组别手术之后1个月好转和治愈共占百分数、手术操作总体耗时、手术过程中流出血液总量、手术之后假膜得以脱落用时、手术之后疼痛评估分数、针对手术保持相对满意人数占比、对于手术具体依从状况较好例数所含有百分比值。结果:试验组手术之后1个月好转和治愈共占百分数较参照组提升(P<0.05);试验组手术操作总体耗时、手术过程中流出血液总量较参照组下降(P<0.05);两个组别手术之后假膜得以脱落用时比较差异不高(P>0.05),试验组手术之后疼痛评估分数比参照组下降(P<0.05);试验组针对手术其保持相对满意人数占比结果、对于手术具体依从状况较好例数所含有百分比值对比参照组增多(P<0.05)。结论:为声带白斑患者选取低温等离子射频治疗方法存在较佳治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic value of low temperature plasma radiofrequency therapy in patients with vocal cord leukoplakia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with vocal cord leukoplakia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected for numerical index research.They were randomly divided into groups by rolling dice,with 36 cases in each group.The leukoplakia peeling surgery method under laryngoscope was used to record the percentage of improvement and cure in each group within 1 month after surgery,the overall operation time of the operation,the total amount of blood shed during the operation,the time it took for the pseudomembrane to fall off after the operation,the pain assessment score after surgery,the percentage of the number of people who remained relatively satisfied with the surgery,and the percentage of patients with good compliance with the surgery.Results:The percentage of improvement and cure in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group at 1 month after surgery(P<0.05);The overall operation time and blood flow in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the time taken for the pseudomembrane to fall off between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).The pain assessment score in the experimental group after surgery was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group remained relatively satisfied with the results of the surgery.The percentage of cases with better compliance status for surgery increased compared with the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low-temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment method for patients with vocal cord leukoplakia has a better therapeutic effect.
