摘要
屋面防水施工在房屋建筑施工中占着极为重要的比例,要求施工单位严格按照标准对施工质量进行监测,保障屋面的防水性能以及良好的防水效果。因为屋面防水技术的质量对房屋的使用时间有着直接影响,所以要求施工单位需要严格按照标准进行建筑施工,及时掌握核心技术加强该领域的健康发展,保证建筑施工在屋面防水施工顺利开展。本文针对建筑施工中屋面防水施工中存在的问题,屋面防水的施工技术以及有效措施进行了分析。
Roof waterproofing construction occupies an extremely important proportion in the construction of houses and buildings.The construction unit is required to monitor the construction quality in strict accordance with the standards,so as to ensure the waterproof performance and good waterproof effect of the roof.Because the quality of roof waterproofing technology has a direct impact on the use time of the house,it is required that the construction unit should strictly follow the standards for construction,master the core technology in time to strengthen the healthy development of this field,and ensure the smooth implementation of construction in the roof waterproofing construction.This paper analyzes the existing problems in roof waterproofing construction in building construction,the construction technology and effective measures of roof waterproofing.
