摘要
文章通过分析石油化工高危特级动火作业,提出提升设备设施本质安全,动火人员严格管理,严格落实《动火作业许可证》安全措施,强化岗位职责,确保安全生产。
By analyzing the high-risk and special-grade hot work in petrochemical industry,it is proposed to improve the intrinsic safety of equipment and facilities,strictly manage hot workers,strictly implement the safety measures of "Hot Work License",and strengthen job responsibilities to ensure production safety.
