摘要
MTO技术生产的产品气中甲烷、氢气等轻组分含量较少,烯烃分离工艺大多采用丙烷、碳三或碳四洗涤技术方案,实现甲烷、氢气、氮气等轻组分与乙烯和丙烯等组分的分离。此项技术不需要建设乙烯制冷系统,降低了装置的投资成本,但分离的精度较低,丙烷、丙烯、乙烯、甲烷等组分的损失较高。文章通过研究两种深冷回收技术,实现甲烷氢尾气中有效组分的冷凝分离,提高装置对物料的回收效率。
The content of light components such as methane and hydrogen in the product gas produced by MTO technology is relatively small.Most of the olefin separation processes use propane,C3 or C4 scrubbing technology solutions to achieve methane,hydrogen,nitrogen and other light components and ethylene and propylene.Separation of equal components.This technology does not need to build an ethylene refrigeration system,which reduces the investment cost of the device,but the separation accuracy is low,and the loss of propane,propylene,ethylene,methane and other components is high.In this paper,by studying two cryogenic recovery technologies,the condensation and separation of the effective components in the methane hydrogen tail gas is realized,and the recovery efficiency of the device is improved.
