摘要
近年来,随着经济的不断发展,中国的工业化程度不断加深,环境污染问题也日益严重。文章以山西省X市环境污染的现状为切入点,以外部性理论和政府管制理论作为理论基础来分析现阶段中国国家和地方政府对环境污染治理的几种主要方法,并提出把握好政府管制的深度、提高政府管制效率、构建多元主体参与环境污染治理的体系等建议。
In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy,China’s industrialization has deepened,and the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.Taking the current situation of environmental pollution in X city of Shanxi province as the starting point,and taking the externality theory and government regulation theory as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes several main methods of environmental pollution control by China’s national and local governments at the present stage,and puts forward some suggestions,such as grasping the depth of government regulation,improving the efficiency of government regulation,and building a system in which multiple subjects participate in environmental pollution control.
