摘要
本文基于《内经》“五神脏”理论,阐明“五神脏”是中医形神一体观的高度体现,通过对“五神脏”理论初步阐释,论述五神(魂、神、意、魄、志)损伤是抑郁症发生、发展的重要病理基础,认为从五神角度论治抑郁症突破了传统从肝郁论治的束缚,有利于从五神层面评定抑郁症并确定治疗靶点。临症当从形神一体观角度出发,辨虚实以精神内守,调情志以神气辅弼,施针灸以形气神调,法温阳以阴霾自散,从而以促进机体达到“阴平阳秘”“形与神俱”的中和状态,以期为中医临床治疗抑郁症提供新思路。
Based on the theory of the “five emotions and their corresponding storing viscera”in Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi),this paper clarifies that the theory is the best embodiment of the view of the unity of the body and emotions in traditional Chinese medicine.Through the preliminary investigation of the theory,the paper proposes that the injury of the five emotions(soul,spirit,idea,inferior spirit and will)constitutes an important pathological basis for the occurrence and development of depression,maintaining that differentiating and treating depression from the perspective of the five emotions breaks through the shackles of the traditional treatment based on the syndrome of liver depression,and the new approach is conducive to the evaluation of the disease and the determination of its treatment targets from the perspective of the five emotions.In clinical treatment,doctors should start from the perspective of the integration of the body and emotions,distinguish the syndrome of deficiency or excess to keep the inward emotions calm,coordinate the five emotions to supplement the body,apply acupuncture manipulations to regulate the body,qi and emotions,warm yang qi to disperse the depression factors,so as to promote the body to reach the balanced state of a“relative equilibrium of yin-yang”and“harmony of the body and spirit”.The investigation is expected to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of depression in traditional Chinese medicine.
