摘要
为保证矿山永久边坡的稳定和安全,在永久边坡爆破中采用预裂爆破技术。通过不断地探索和尝试,优化选取预裂孔、缓冲孔和主爆孔的爆破工艺参数,确定装药结构、起爆网络和孔间、排间微差间隔时间,达到了预裂爆破稳定边坡的预期效果,为矿山提供了安全有利的生产条件。结合该技术在刚果(金)SICOMINES铜钴矿项目中的研究和探索过程来介绍预裂爆破技术在露天矿山保护边坡稳定中的应用。
In order to ensure the stability and safety of permanent slope in mines,pre-splitting blasting technology is used in permanent slope blasting.Through continuous exploration and attempt,the blasting parameters of pre-crack,buffer and main blasting holes are optimized,and the charge structure,initiation network,inter-hole and inter-row microsecond interval are determined.It achieves the expected effect of pre-splitting blasting to stabilize slope and provides safe and favorable production conditions for mines.Combining with the research and exploration process of this technology in Congo SICOMINES Copper and Cobalt Mine Project,this paper describes the application of Pre-splitting Blasting Technology in slope protection of open pit mines.
