摘要
健康评估是雷达用户快速掌握装备状态、制定作战任务的重要依据,评估结论的完整性和准确度对雷达装备的效能发挥具有重要意义。传统的雷达健康评估往往只对具体分系统或功能进行评估,缺少对雷达整机情况的描述。基于雷达设备状态和性能退化的综合健康评估方法,提出了4种适用不同情况的健康值计算模型,降低了在工程中的应用门槛。同时为了提高准确度,以Logistic函数的形式引入了时间因子,解决了性能参数的非实时性问题。以某测控领域雷达数据为样本,对雷达整机的综合健康评估方法进行了工程化应用,平均正确率达97.75%,既解决了健康评估的完整性问题,又保证了较高的准确度。
Health assessment is an important basis for radar users to quickly grasp equipment status and formulate combat tasks.The integrity and accuracy of assessment conclusions are of great significance to the effectiveness of radar equipment.The traditional radar health assessment often only evaluates specific subsystem or function, and lacks the description of the whole radar.Based on the comprehensive health assessment method of radar equipment status and performance degradation, four health value calculation models that are suitable for different situations are proposed to reduce the application threshold in engineering.At the same time, in order to improve the accuracy, the time factor is introduced in the form of Logistic function to solve the not real-time problem of performance parameters.Taking the radar data in the measurement and control field as a sample, the comprehensive health assessment method of the whole radar is applied in engineering, with the average accuracy of 97.75%,which not only solves the integrity problem of health assessment, but also ensures high accuracy.
