摘要
以氧化鳞片石墨为原料,在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)分散作用下,再以丙氨酸为还原剂和氮掺杂剂,通过水热法制备了部分还原N掺杂还原氧化石墨烯。结果表明:当使用水热法来还原氧化石墨烯或氧化石墨烯-SDBS时,氧化石墨烯中的羰基和环氧基与丙氨酸上的氨基发生反应,引入的氮原子以吡啶N、吡咯N和石墨烯N这3种不同的形式连接到石墨烯网络上。电化学测试表明该材料有良好的离子转移性能,且在1A/g的电流密度下,质量比电容为85.98F/g。
Partially reduced N doped reduced Graphene Oxide(rGO) was prepared by hydrothermal method using oxidized flake graphite as raw material and anionic sodium surfactant as dispersant,alanine as reductant and nitrogen dopant.The results shown that the carbonyl and epoxy groups in rGO reacted with amino groups in alanine when GO or GO-SDBS were reduced by hydrothermal method,the introduced nitrogen atoms were connected to the graphene network in three different forms:pyridine N,pyrrole N and graphene N.Electrochemical tests shown that the material had good ion transfer performance,and the mass specific capacitance was 85.98 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g.
