摘要
目的报道西藏自治区首例人工全踝关节置换术。方法患者,女,64岁,因右踝疼痛10年,加重无法正常行走2月入院。入院后完善各项检查,诊断为右踝关节骨性关节炎。于2021年3月14日在全身麻醉下行右踝全踝关节置换术。术后给予抗炎、消肿、止痛,功能锻炼等治疗。结果患者手术成功,术后踝关节结构、功能恢复良好,右下肢活动正常,远端血运及感觉均正常。结论踝关节置换术能保证踝关节的部分活动功能,保证患者自理能力,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To report the first case of total ankle arthroplasty in Xizang autonomous region.Methods A 64 year old woman was admitted to our hospital because of the aggravation of the right ankle for 10 years and walking disability for 2 months.After admission,various examinations were completed and she was diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the right ankle.On March 14,2021,total ankle arthroplasty of the right ankle was performed under general anesthesia.The patients were treated with anti-inflammatory,detumescence,pain relief and functional exercise after operation.Results The operation was successful.After operation,the structure and function of the ankle joint of the patient recovered well.The activity of the right lower limb improved,and the distal blood supply and sensation was normal.Conclusion Ankle arthroplasty can ensure part of the activity function of the ankle,ensure the self-care ability,and increase the quality of life for osteoarthritis patients on the plateau.
