摘要
环境应力筛选是剔除船用电子设备早期故障的重要手段之一。目前,我国船用电子产品常规筛选主要参照GJB1032-1990《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》,GJB 1032A-2020在此标准的基础上进行了修订,新标准强调了环境应力筛选的动态性和可剪裁性,提出了综合环境应力筛选的方法。本文围绕GJB 1032A-2020新标准的要求,针对船用电子产品的整机设备,提出一种温度和振动应力组合的综合环境应力筛选方法,并通过试验与原标准的常规筛选方法进行对比分析。
Environmental stress screening is one of the important means to eliminate the early failure of ship electronic equipment. At present,the conventional screening of electronic products mainly refers to GJB 1032-1990:Environmental stress screening process for electronic products,which was revised to become GJB 1032 A-2020.The revised edition emphasizes the dynamic and clip-ability of environmental stress screening,and proposes a comprehensive environmental stress screening method.Based on the revised edition,a comprehensive environmental stress screening method is proposed for the complete equipment of shipboard electronic products,and is compared with the conventional screening method of the previous edition.
