摘要
为高效开发利用江苏地区某金红石原生矿,确定合适的选矿工艺,采用光学显微镜、MLA、SEM和EDS等分析手段,对该矿工艺矿物学特性进行了详细研究,结果表明:该金红石矿为榴辉岩型金红石矿石,主要有用矿物为金红石、钛铁矿、石榴石、绿辉石,矿石中钛主要以金红石的形式存在,其次为钛铁矿,金红石含有铁、硫杂质及部分金红石与钛铁矿紧密连生或被石榴石、辉石等包裹,是造成金红石品位和回收率较低的主要因素;石榴石和绿辉石在矿石中嵌布粒度较粗,有利于有用矿物间的解离分选,该矿适合采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别流程和重选、磁(电)选、浮选等联合工艺来综合回收多种有用矿物。
In order to efficiently develop and utilize a rutile primary ore in Jiangsu area and determine the appropriate beneficiation process,the mineralogical characteristics of the ore process were studied in detail by using optical microscope,MLA,SEM and EDS analysis methods.The rusults show that:it is an eclogite-type rutile ore,the main useful minerals are rutile,ilmenite,garnet,and omphacite.Titanium in the ore mainly exists in the form of rutile,followed by ilmenite.Rutile contains iron,sulfur impurities and some rutile.It is closely associated with ilmenite or wrapped by garnet,pyroxene,etc.,which is the main factor causing the low grade and recovery rate of rutile;for dissociation and separation,the mine is suitable for comprehensive recovery of various useful minerals by adopting combined processes such as stage grinding,stage separation process and gravity separation,magnetic(electric)separation,and flotation.
