摘要
本文针对口袋布自动缝制控制系统功能单一等问题进行系统的优化设计和功能的数字化实现,在DSP/ARM的全自动缝纫系统基础上对其通用的工艺过程进行升级和智能化改造,为实现无人工厂、数字化生产提供有力的技术支撑。
Aiming at some problems, like the single function of the automatic sewing control system of pocket cloth, this paper carries out the optimal design of the system and the digital realization of the function.Based on the full-automatic sewing system of DSP/ARM,this paper upgrades and intelligently transforms its general process, so as to provide strong technical support for the realization of unmanned factory and digital production.
