摘要
高粘弹改性沥青可赋予沥青铺面优异的高低温性能和耐久性能,然而单一SBS改性剂的高粘弹改性沥青存在成本高和耐老化性能不足等缺点。基于SBS/微纳橡胶双重网络互穿原理,实验室小试和工业化中试制备了高粘弹复合改性沥青,研究了其基本性能以及Sup-13混合料性能,并与SBS改性沥青及混合料进行了性能对比。结果表明,高粘弹复合改性沥青的常规胶结料性能虽与SBS改性沥青的相当,但是高粘弹复合改性沥青Sup-13混合料性能更佳,其抗车辙性能、低温弯曲性能优异,浸水马歇尔稳定度超出常规指标。工业化中试结果表明,该高粘弹复合改性沥青同原SBS改性沥青加工设备及工艺参数一致,并且加工性能、环保性能良好,经96 h高温热贮存后性能仍保持良好。
High viscoelastic modified asphalt provide the road with outstanding durability and low and high temperature performances.However,single SBS modified asphalt has the disadvantages of aging and high cost.In this paper,high viscoelastic compound modified asphalt based on the SBS/micro-nano rubber interpenetration network is prepared in the lab and pilot scale experiment respectively.The performances of compound modified asphalt and its Sup-13 mixture are investigated and compared with that of SBS modified asphalt and its mixture.The results indicated that compound modified asphalt had the same basic binder performances with common SBS modified asphalt.However,compound modified asphalt’s Sup-13 mixture showed outstanding performances in terms of anti-rutting,bending at low temperature and water resistance.The pilot scale experiment indicated that compound modified asphalt had same processing equipment and processing parameters with that of common SBS modified asphalt.After 96 h hot storage in tank,the performances still kept well.
