电解铝液铸轧装饰用3105铝合金板带工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 结合3105铝合金特点,解决连续铸轧3105铝合金时铸嘴内腔结渣问题。着重从熔体净化和铸嘴分流结构设计两方面展开理论研究和试验生产,最终确定了生产装饰用3105铝合金铸轧坏料最佳的熔体净化工艺及铸嘴分流结构。生产实践表明:铸嘴内部型腔采用新型一级分流结构,熔体精炼全部采用无钠颗粒精炼剂,熔炼炉内的搅拌方式由电磁搅拌替代人工搅拌,成功解决了用电解铝液直接铸轧生产3105铝板带过程中的铸嘴结渣问题,生产出了组织、性能更优的3105铝合金铸轧坏料。 With alloy characteristics taken into consideration the theoretical research and experimental production were carried out on 3105 aluminum alloy sheet and strip from the aspects of the melt purification and the design of casting nozzle shunting structure,to solve the problem of slagging in the casting nozzle cavity during the continuous casting and rolling process The best melt purification process and casting nozzle shunting structure were finally obtained for the production of 3105 aluminum alloy casting and rolling blank for decoration.After production practice,when the new one-stage diversion structure is adopted in the internal cavity of the casting nozzle,the sodium free particle refining agent is used in the melt refining,and the stirring mode in the smelting furnace is replaced by electromagnetic stirring,the sound solution is achieved and 3105 aluminum alloy blanks with better microstructure and properties are produced.
