摘要
以某泵站清水池上浮事故为例,从勘察、设计、施工及使用等多方因素考虑,尤其是结合施工过程中各道工序与细节,对事故原因进行深入分析与研究。提出了采用增大构件截面、外粘碳纤维布、增设保护层、向裂缝化学注浆及提升完善基坑排水系统等解决方法,并总结了清水池上浮后的结构加固方法与修复处理措施。同时,对清水池结构的抗浮设计与施工注意事项给出建议。多年实践表明,加固处理后的池体一直正常运行,经受了多种极端天气的考验,可为类似事故的预防与处理提供一定参考。
Taking the floating accident in a clear water tank of a pump station as an example, the causes of the accident are deeply analyzed and studied from the aspects of survey, design, construction and use, especially in combination with the various processes and details in the construction process. The methods of increasing the cross-section of components, sticking carbon fiber cloth, adding protective layer,grouting chemical of cracks and improving the drainage system of foundation pit are proposed. The structural reinforcement methods and repair measures after the floating of clear water tank are summarized. At the same time, the anti-floating design and construction precautions of clear water tank structure are put forward. Years of practice shows that reinforced tank has been operating normally and withstood the test of various extreme weather, which can provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of similar accidents.
