叶圣陶的教育编辑思想

摘要 叶圣陶在中国现代教育编辑史上贡献卓著。在长达六十余年的编辑生涯中,叶圣陶创造性地将编辑、教育、文学三者融合起来,发展为独特的教育编辑思想:文教合一。这一思想以教育哲学为里,以文质语脉为表,以编辑理念为线索实现表里如一。其主要观点为:编辑工作也是教育工作;教育编辑目的在于培养全面发展的合格国民;教育编辑工作的内容选择应符合读者的心智水平;教材是教的材料,教育使材料具有价值。作为教育编辑工作的实践者、革新者和推动者,叶圣陶敞亮了编辑工作的教育本质,使其呈现出开放性和实践性的思想史意义。 In the history of modern educational editing in China, Ye Shengtao can be regarded as a thinker with outstanding contributions. In his editing career of more than 60 years, Ye Shengtao creatively integrated editing, education and literature, and developed a unique educational editing thought of the integrating culture and education. This thought takes the philosophy of education as its connotation, takes the literary quality and grace as its expression, and realizes the unity of the expression and the connotation through the clue of editing concept. Ye Shengtao believes that editing is also educational work;the purpose of educational editing is to cultivate well-rounded and qualified citizens;the selection of content for educational editing should be in line with the readers’ mental level;teaching materials are materials for teaching, and educating people is the only way to make the materials valuable. As a practitioner, innovator and promoter of educational editing work, Ye Shengtao released the educational essence of editing work, making it present distinguishing features of openness and practice.
