摘要
黄河流域是我国重要的经济地带及生态屏障。本文以黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展这一国家重大战略为背景,选取2005-2018年该流域内城市群地级以上城市面板数据,对金融集聚与碳排放之间的定量关系进行分析。研究表明:总体上,该流域内城市群金融集聚对碳排放显著抑制;分城市群看,流域内城市群的传统能源产业结构占比普遍较重,金融集聚规模效应对碳排放抑制并非普适,金融集聚对碳排放的技术效应在能源利用率提升的城市群发挥作用。本文提出了优化布局金融产业、不断拓宽融资渠道,促进黄河全流域一体化发展与流域内差异化发展的建议。
The Yellow River Basin is an important economic zone and ecological barrier in China. This paper is based on the national strategy of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River Basin,used panel data of prefecture-level or above cities from 2005-2018 of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin, analyzed the influence of financial agglomeration on carbon emission. The results show that, the financial agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin marked inhibition of carbon emission.From the perspective of urban agglomeration,the proportion of traditional energy industry structure in urban agglomerations in this basin is generally heavy;the scale effect of financial agglomeration is not universal in curbing carbon emissions;the technical effect of financial agglomeration on carbon emission plays a role in urban agglomeration with improved energy utilization. This paper also puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the distribution of financial industry, expanding financing channels, and promoting the integrated development of the whole Yellow River basin and the differentiated development within the basin.
