螺烯的合成研究进展

摘要 螺烯是一类具有手性螺旋结构的分子。螺烯特殊的螺旋结构使其具有高度的共轭性,同时表现出超强的旋光性,因而在化学传感、超分子材料、分子识别、手性催化和不对称合成等领域备受关注。精准合成各种结构的螺烯成为化学和材料学研究领域的热点问题之一。本文综述了碳螺烯、杂螺烯和π-扩展螺烯的几种合成方法,以期为螺烯在不对称催化、纳米技术、液晶材料、非线性光学、生物化学、自组装、光探测器等领域的应用研究提供参考。 Spirene was a kind of molecules with chiral helical structure.Spirene had highly conjugated and exhibits super-strong optical rotation,which was attracted much attention in the fields of chemical sensing,supramolecular materials,molecular recognition,chiral catalysis and asymmetric synthesis,by virtue of its unique helical structure.Therefore,precise synthesis of various structures of spirotenes became one of the hot issues in the field of chemistry and materials science.In this paper,several synthesis methods of spirotene,spirotene and π extended spirotene were reviewed in order to provide references for the application research of spirotene in asymmetric catalysis,nanotechnology,liquid crystal materials,nonlinear optics,biochemistry,self-assembly and photodetectors.
