摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤加味、冠心宁片联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选取100例血管性痴呆患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各50例。研究组给予补阳还五汤加味、冠心宁片联合多奈哌齐治疗,对照组仅给予多奈哌齐治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、生活质量(QOL)评分。结果:研究组总有效率98.00%,高于对照组84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MMSE、MoCA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),研究组MMSE、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组精神、食欲、疲乏、睡眠、日常生活评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),研究组精神、食欲、疲乏、睡眠、日常生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加味、冠心宁片联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆疗效较好,可提升患者的认知能力,改善其生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Buyang Huanwu tang and Guanxinning tablets combined with donepezil for vascular dementia. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with vascular dementia were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The study group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu tang and Guanxinning tablets combined with donepezil,and the control group was treated with donepezil. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and Quality of Life(QOL) before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 98.00% in the study group, higher than that of 84.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of vigor,appetite,fatigue,sleep and activities of daily living in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Buyang Huanwu tang and Guanxinning tablets combined with donepezil has a good curative effect in treating vascular dementia,which can improve cognitive ability and quality of life.
