摘要
当前,中国煤矿中提升机所采用的调速设备一般是交流绕线式电机转子串电阻,在提升机的爬行阶段和减速阶段一直存在着一些问题,负载量发生变化时很难实现恒定减速,有很大概率会导致过卷或过放,同时转子串电阻能耗较大,电路较为复杂。因此,基于以上问题,分析了提升机中变频器的调速原理,探讨了变频调速技术的可行性和可靠性,并研究了其实际应用效果,有效解决了提升机在加减速过程中的速度控制问题,避免了过卷或过放,且控制电路更易于操作,应用范围较广。
At present,the speed regulating equipment used in hoists in coal mines in China is generally AC wound motor rotor series resistance.There have always been some problems in the crawling stage and deceleration stage of the hoist,and it is difficult to achieve constant deceleration when the load changes,there is a high probability that over-winding or over-discharging will occur.At the same time,the energy consumed by the rotor string resistance is larger,and the circuit is more complicated.Therefore,based on the above problems,this paper analyzed the speed regulation principle of the frequency converter in the hoist,discussed the feasibility and reliability of the frequency conversion speed regulation technology,studied its practical application effect,which effectively solved the speed control problem of the hoist in the process of acceleration and deceleration,avoided over-winding or over-discharging,was easier to operate the control circuit and had a wide range of applications.
