摘要
知识共享作为知识管理中的重要领域之一,正受到广泛关注,而一个组织是否选择知识共享是一个极其复杂的博弈过程。为了梳理用博弈论方法研究知识共享问题的研究现状和研究热点,借助文献分析和社会网络分析的方法,综合运用bicomb2和Pajek软件对文献进行挖掘分析。检索到384篇有效文献,以发文量阈值为阶段划分标准,将知识共享问题的发展演化划分为三个阶段,各阶段都有明显特征。知识共享涉及的研究领域逐步实现多样化,演化博弈作为一种成熟的研究方法已经广泛应用在知识共享领域,协同创新、虚拟社区、集聚性产业群等受到高度关注。
As one of the important fields in knowledge management,knowledge sharing has been widely concerned.Whether an organization chooses to share knowledge is an extremely complex game process.In order to sort out the research status and hot spots of knowledge sharing based on game theory.In this paper,through literature analysis and social network analysis,bicomb2 and Pajek software are used to mine and analyze the literature.384 valid papers were retrieved.The development and evolution of knowledge sharing were divided into three stages,each of which had obvious characteristics.he research fields involved in knowledge sharing are gradually diversified.Evolutionary game,as a mature research method,has been widely applied in the knowledge sharing field.Collaborative innovation,virtual community,and cluster industry groups have attracted high attention.
