摘要
稳压器安全阀是核电厂第二道安全屏障的重要组成部分,是保护反应堆冷却剂系统压力边界完整性的关键设备。三哩岛事件的主要原因之一就在于其稳压器安全阀因故障未能自动回座,最终发生“LOCA”失水事件,由此引发国内核电从业人员的重点关注。针对目前M310机组所用的先导式安全阀组,介绍了每个阀组的组成及相应功能,分析了先导式安全阀结构及动作原理。其中两向分配器是先导式安全阀的控制机构中的核心部件,通过实体测绘和三维建模的方法,对两向分配器的内部结构和开关动作原理进行了阐述,并根据具体结构分析了两向分配器产生内漏的原因及内漏在不同工况下的危害,结合现场安装、调试和检修的实际经验提出了两向分配器内漏的排查和处理方法,为其他核电机组提供借鉴和参考。
The pressurizer safety valve is an important part of the second safety barrier of nuclear power plant,andit is the key equipment to protect the integrity of the pressure boundary of the reactor coolant system.One ofthe main reasons for the Three Mile Island accident was that thesafety valve of the pressurizer failed to automatically return to its original position due to a fault,and the LOCA eventually occurred,which aroused the focus of domestic nuclear power practitioners Aimingat the pilot operated safety valve group currently used in M310 units,this paper introduces the composition and corresponding functions of each valve group,and analyzes the structure and action principle of the pilot operated safety valve.Among them,the two-way allocator is the core component of the control mechanism of the pilot safety valve.Through the method of solid mapping and three-dimensional modeling,the internal structure and switching action principle of the two-way allocator are expounded.According to the specific structure,the reasons for the internal leakage of the two-way allocator and the harm of the internal leakage under different working conditions are analyzed.Combined with the actual experience of on-site installation,commissioning and maintenance,the investigation and treatment methods for the internal leakage of the two-way allocator are put forward,which provides reference for other nuclear power units.
