摘要
通过使用红外光谱仪对氯化橡胶树脂进行谱图分析,得到了不同原料来源的氯化橡胶树脂的红外谱图。通过对红外谱图的解析和论证,结果表明,溶剂法生产的氯化橡胶树脂的红外谱图中,原料为天然橡胶和顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯合成橡胶的氯化橡胶树脂,红外谱图不好区分。水相法制备的氯化橡胶树脂产品与原料为聚丁二烯合成橡胶的溶剂法氯化橡胶树脂以及某些树脂产品的红外图具有较高的相似度,不宜使用红外光谱法进行区分。
The spectrum of chlorinated rubber resin is analyzed by infrared spectrometer,and the infrared spectrum of chlorinated rubber resin produced from different raw materials is obtained.Through the analysis and demonstration of the infrared spectrum,it is concluded that the infrared spectrums of solvent-method chlorinated rubber resin prepared from different raw material such as natural rubber and cis-1,4-polyisoprene synthetic rubber respectively are difficult to be distinguished.The infrared spectrum of chlorinated rubber resin prepared by aqueous phase method are similar to that of chlorinated rubber resin prepared by solvent method using polybutadiene synthetic rubber and some other resin products.It is difficult to distinguish them by infrared spectroscopy.
