摘要
小肠腺癌(SBA)是罕见的消化系统肿瘤,近年来发病率不断上升,约占小肠肿瘤的40%,其最佳管理缺乏前瞻性的数据支持。近年来,国内外对有关SBA的致病因素、遗传学及分子机制、临床分期、临床特征、诊断及治疗进行了相关研究,文章对其研究进展进行综述。
Small bowel adenocarcinoma(SBA)is a rare digestive system tumor with an increasing incidence in recent years,accounting for about 40%of small bowel tumors,and its optimal management lacks prospective data support.In recent years,relevant researches on the pathogenic factors,genetics and molecular mechanisms,clinical staging,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of SBA have been carried out at home and abroad.This article reviews the research progress.
