摘要
目的研究分析应用护理职业暴露管理对降低手术室护士职业风险的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月吉林省一汽总医院手术室护理职业暴露管理人员23名护士为研究对象,将2018年5月—2019年5月未实行护理职业暴露管理作为管理前,2019年6月—2020年5月实行护理职业暴露管理作为管理后,分析管理前后实行的效果。结果管理前职业风险防范总评分低于管理后,且管理后护理人员佩戴头套、洗手、洗手剂使用、锐器处理和暴露后处理评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后手术室护士正确洗手、安全注射、感染途径、风险防范和佩戴手套指征评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后暴露损伤总发生率为4.35%,低于管理前的34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行护理职业暴露管理可以强化护士风险管理意识,加深对职业暴露风险的认知,有效预防职业暴露发生风险,临床可推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying nursing occupational exposure management on reducing the occupational risk of nurses in operating room.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,23 nurses who were nursing occupational exposure managers in the operating room of FAW General Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The nursing occupational exposure management was not implemented from May 2018 to May 2019 as the pre-management.The nursing occupational exposure management into management from June 2019 to May 2020 as the after implementing,the effect of implementation before and after management was analyzed.Results The total score of occupational risk prevention before management was lower than that after management,and the scores of wearing headgear,washing hands,using hand sanitizer,sharps handling and post-exposure handling of nursing staff after management were all higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of correct hand washing,safe injection,infection route,risk prevention and wearing gloves of nurses in operating room after management were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of exposure injury after management was 4.35%,which was lower than 34.78%of before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nursing occupational exposure management can strengthen nurses'awareness of risk management,deepen their cognition of occupational exposure risks,and effectively prevent occupational exposure risks,which can be popularized and applied clinically.
