摘要
目的分析“知信行控修”管理对手术室护士血源性职业暴露的影响,同时对其施用后的效果展开相应的探讨。方法选取吉林省一汽总医院2021年1—12月22名手术室护士作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为研究组和对照组,各11名。研究组施用知信行控修管理,对照组施用常规护理管理,对比两组护士管理满意度、血源性职业暴露发生率、职业防护行为评分。结果研究组管理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血源性职业暴露发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组职业防护行为评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士施用知信行控修管理,效果更好,有效降低了血源性职业暴露发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of"Knowledge,Trust,Practice,Control and Repair"management on blood-borne occupational exposure of nurses in operating room.and the effect after its application was discussed.Methods Selected 22 operating room nurses in FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province from January to December 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into a research group and a control group according to the random number method,11 nurses in each.The research group was administered with knowledge,belief,behavior control and maintenance management,and the control group was administered with routine nursing management.The nurses'satisfaction with management,the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure,and occupational protective behavior scores were compared between the two groups.Results The management satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the occupational protection behavior score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge,attitude and practice control management in operating room nurses has better effect and effectively reduces the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure.
