摘要
新冠肺炎疫情防控救治阻击战期间通过精细化管理(Supply,Processing Distribution,SPD)模式保障应急物资,明确应对的重点,精准制定分配使用方案,提高医院应急物资保障能力,保障医院工作人员、患者生命安全,保证新冠肺炎疫情医疗救治功能正常发挥,持续改进医院应急物资管理水平及管理质量。文章通过实施精细化管理模式,明确管理重点,制定应急物资分配使用策略,精细化管理应急物资,减少浪费,精准保障,全面高效地保障医院疫情防控救治工作。研究表明:作为定点救治医院,新冠肺炎疫情战斗打响至今,未发生一起工作人员感染和住院患者交叉感染事件,疫情防控救治工作取得阶段性成果。SPD应急物资精细化管理保障医院职工及患者的生命安全,保证医疗救治功能正常发挥,有效提升了医院应急管理质量。应急物资管理是医院管理中的重要内容,应急物资保障在新冠肺炎疫情救治工作中发挥了重要作用,证实SPD精细化管理措施在疫情防控期间是安全有效的,可以满足突发公共卫生事件的需要。
To implement fine management of emergency materials in novel coronavirus pneumonia through SPD(Supply,Processing Distribution)mode,clear the key points of emergency material management,make precise allocation and utilization plan,improve the emergency material support ability of medical institutions,ensure the safety of hospital staff and patients,ensure the normal medical treatment function of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,and continuously improve the management level and quality of emergency materials management in hospitals.Implement the mode of SPD,formulate the distribution and use strategy of emergency materials according to the clear management focus,finely manage emergency materials,reduce waste,provide accurate support,and comprehensively and efficiently ensure the hospital’s epidemic prevention,control and treatment.The novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak has not been reported.There has been no cross infection between medical staff and inpatients.The fine management of SPD emergency materials ensures the life safety of hospital staff and patients,ensures the normal function of medical treatment,and effectively improves the quality of hospital emergency management.Emergency supply is an important part of hospital management.Emergency supplies support plays an important role in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia.It is confirmed that the fine management measures of SPD are safe and effective during the epidemic period,and can meet the needs of similar emergencies.
