摘要
阐述煤气化全热回收流程技术中对流换热器内件的工艺制造技术。对流换热器内件整体为方型结构,内部为蛇形管模块组件,外部为膜式壁包覆结构,蛇形管模块组件结构包括单片蛇形管管屏和汇集集箱,膜式壁包覆结构包括带小集箱膜式壁管屏和方型汇集集箱,整体组装精度要求高,制造难度大。通过对对流换热器内件制造难点进行阐述及分析,梳理该产品的制造工艺特点,并给出具体制造工艺措施。
