高校图书馆创客空间知识产权问题探析

摘要 [目的/意义]近年来,高校图书馆逐渐成为了高校知识产权信息服务的牵头部门,而创客空间知识产权保护则是当前高校图书馆内部亟待解决的一大现实问题,对该主题进行探讨,有助于国内高校图书馆规范创客空间角色,实施制度化运行。[方法/过程]基于知识产权与创客空间等概念阐述,利用文献追溯法及网络调查法,以美国内华达州大学DeLaMare科学与工程图书馆创客空间知识产权服务案例为研究对象,分析其知识产权保护举措,旨在形成经验总结。[结果/结论]DeLaMare科学与工程图书馆知识产权保护采取了PTRC咨询等多项举措,国内高校图书馆可学习其经验,制定相关政策制度、打造馆员知识产权人才培养体系并加强大学生创客知识产权教育。 [Purpose/significance]In recent years university library has gradually become leading department of intellectual property information service in university and intellectual property protection of maker space is a real problem that needs to be solved in current university library.The discussion on this topic helps domestic university library to standardize maker space role and implement institutionalized operation.[Method/process]Based on concept elaboration of intellectual property rights and maker space this paper uses literature review method and network survey method takes intellectual property service case of maker space in DeLaMare Science and Engineering Library of Nevada University in the United States as research object analyzes its measures of intellectual property protection aiming to form a summary of experience.[Result/conclusion]DeLaMare Science and Engineering Library has taken PTRC consultation and other initiatives to protect intellectual property rights.Domestic university library can learn from its experience formulate relevant policies and systems build a librarian intellectual property talent training system and strengthen intellectual property education of university student maker.
