摘要
目的探讨减味涤痰定痫汤联合利培酮对精神分裂症患者临床症状及记忆功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年4月江门市第三人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者,按照入院顺序进行分组,分为对照组(先入院)及观察组(后入院)各40例,对照组应用利培酮治疗,观察组在此基础上应用减味涤痰定痫汤治疗,比较和评价2组治疗前及治疗1、4、8周后效果。结果治疗前,2组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、4、8周后,观察组PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组简易智力状况检查(MMSE)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、4、8周后,观察组MMSE评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论减味涤痰定痫汤联合利培酮在精神分裂症患者中应用价值较高,可提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状及记忆功能,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Ditan Dingxian decoction combined with risperidone on clinical symptoms and memory function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80 schizophrenic patients in Jiangmen Third People’s Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were divided into control group(admission first)and observation group(admission later),40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with modifed Ditan Dingxian decoction on the basis of risperidone.The effect of the two groups was compared and evaluated before treatment and 1,4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Positive and negative syndrome(PANSS)score between the two groups P(>0.05).After 1,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group P(<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,MMSE scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of modified Ditan Dingxian decoction combined with risperidone in patients with schizophrenia is high,which can improve clinical symptoms and memory function of patients,and is worthy of application.
