摘要
目的探讨对脑梗死患者采用中药活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗的效果。方法选枣庄市峄城区中医院脑梗死患者92例,平均分成2组,即研究组与对照组,各46例。对照组依达拉奉进行治疗;研究组进行中药活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉综合治疗。1个月后观察相关指标。结果采用中药活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗的研究组患者,其治疗效果、生活质量评分等指标高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者后遗症程度低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死患者,采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Huazhuo decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with cerebral infarction in Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone.The study group was treated with Huoxue Huazhuo decoction combined with edaravone.The related indicators were observed after one month.Results The therapeutic effect and quality of life score of the patients in the study group treated with the Huoxue Huazhuo decoction combined with edaravone were higher than those of the control group,and the sequelae of the study group were lower than those of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
