摘要
目的:优化医疗机构制剂芪参健心颗粒的制备工艺。方法:通过考察颗粒的成型性、吸湿性、流动性和堆密度等评价指标,筛选并确立芪参健心颗粒的制备方法。结果:作为制粒辅料的淀粉与糊精按照1∶20配比,选择80%乙醇溶液作为润湿剂,干燥温度设定为70℃,制成的芪参健心颗粒具备成型率高、吸湿率低和流动性好的特点。结论:该法制得的芪参健心颗粒制备工艺稳定可控,可以进行工业化生产,为芪参健心颗粒的市场推广提供可靠依据。
Objective:To optimize the process for the medical institution preparation Qishen Jianxin Granule.Methods:A method for the preparation of Qishen Jianxin granule was screened and established by examining the evaluation indicators such as the formability,hygroscopicity,fluidity and bulk density of the granules.Results:The prepared Qishen Jianxin granule had high forming rate and low moisture absorption rate and good liquidity when the ratio of starch and dextrin as granulation auxiliary materials was set to 1:20,80%ethanol solution was selected as wetting agent,and the drying temperature was set to 70°C.Conclusion:The process for the preparation of Qishen Jianxin granule by this method is stable and controllable,and can be industrialized and provide a reliable basis for its market promotion.
