摘要
航天工程研制是一个系统工程,要历经论证、方案、初样、试样研制阶段,涉及的单位多、综合性较强、技术复杂度高。当前高科技领域极大进步,对航天业的低成本、短周期提出了更高的要求和挑战,必须引入现代化的管理模式才能适应高强度和高科技的新型工程需求。引入精细化、并行化管理模式,全过程实现精细化管控,全要素实现系统协同,从计划、执行、管控、风险、质量等方面阐述了研制管理方法。
The development of space flight goes through demonstration programme prototype and sample.Every model development is a systems engineering,many units strong comprehensive complex technology.Especially in the high tech development,the lost and the short period of the space flight has higher challenge.It needs more modernization management model.Refinement and parallel management model are introduced,methods of development management are introduced from plan implement management control risk and quality.
