摘要 本研究采用固相烧结工艺在1500℃下烧结镁铝质陶瓷,研究了不同比例Al_(2)O_(3)和MgO对镁铝尖晶石质陶瓷材料性能的影响。研究发现随MgO含量的增多,样品的主物相由MgAl_(2)O_(4)和Al_(2)O_(3)相转变为MgAl_(2)O_(4)和MgO,抗折强度先增后减。在m(Al_(2)O_(3))/m(MgO)为2.53时抗折强度达到最大值,这主要是由于此时样品中仅存在均匀分布的MgAl_(2)O_(4)颗粒。 In this paper,magnesium aluminum ceramics with different proportions were sintered at 1500℃by solid-state sintering process,and the changes of the phase composition,microstructure and flexural strength of the samples were studied.It was found that with the increase of MgO content,the main phases of the samples changed from MgAl_(2)O_(4) and Al_(2)O_(3) phases to MgAl_(2)O_(4) and MgO,and the flexural strength first increased and then decreased.The flexural strength reached the maximum value when m(Al_(2)O_(3))/m(MgO)was 2.53,which was mainly due to the fact that there was no other phase in the sample except MgAl_(2)O_(4),and the particles were evenly distributed.
