摘要
目的探讨对宫颈HPV感染患者采用重组人干扰素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月廉江市中医院收治的58例宫颈HPV感染患者,随机分为常规组(采用常规疗法治疗)和研究组(在常规组基础上,采用重组人干扰素治疗),各29例。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、HPV转阴率、不良反应总发生率及免疫指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率(93.10%)高于常规组(62.07%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.031,P<0.05);研究组HPV转阴率高于常规组,不良反应总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组外周血淋巴细胞、IgA、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效应用重组人干扰素后,能显著提高患者治疗总有效率及HPV转阴率,显著降低外阴瘙痒、腰部不适、胃肠道反应及头痛等系列不良反应发生率,有效改善免疫指标,提升宫颈HPV感染患者预后水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon on cervical HPV infection.Methods A total of 58 patients with cervical HPV infection who were admitted Lianjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into routine group(treated with conventional therapy)and study group(on the basis of conventional group,treated with recombinant human interferon),with 29 cases in each group.The total effective rate of treatment,the negative rate of HPV,the total incidence of adverse reactions and immune indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(93.10%)was higher than that in the routine group(62.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.031,P<0.05).The negative rate of HPV in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,peripheral blood lymphocytes,IgA,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of recombinant human interferon,the total effective rate of treatment and the negative rate of HPV can be significantly improved,and the incidence of a series of adverse reactions such as genital itching,waist discomfort,gastrointestinal reactions and headaches can be significantly reduced.The immune indicators were effectively improved,and the prognosis of patients with cervical HPV infection was improved.
