摘要
文章介绍了铁路货车铸钢三大件式转向架用摩擦楔块式减振器的结构,描述了弹簧减振装置相对摩擦因数定义计算方法,分析了相对摩擦因数试验方法,推导出了与其一致的计算公式,并定量地给出了试验方法计算与定义计算之间的关系。最后,针对两者计算结果差异较大的问题,提出了具体建议。
This paper introduces the structure of friction wedge damper for three-piece cast steel bogie of the freight car,describes the calculation method according to definition of relative friction coefficient of spring damping device,analyzes the test method of relative friction coefficient,deduces its consistent calculation formula,and quantitatively gives the relationship between test method calculation and definition calculation.Finally,specific suggestions are put forward in view of large difference between the two calculation results.
