摘要
行车速度是影响列车运行品质的重要因素,不同行车速度引起列车和轨道振动的不平顺波长范围不同。为研究对比不同运营速度条件下轨道不平顺的分形特征,采用尺码法计算轨道不平顺对应的分形维数特征,得出各速度条件下分形维数的变化特征和对应的波长范围,并分析验证分形维数值表征轨道不平顺幅值能力。对160,200,300 km/h运营速度下有砟、无砟线路的(高低和轨向)样本数据进行分析,结果表明:分形维数可有效定量评估线路的轨道不平顺状态,利用尺码法计算轨道不平顺分形维数可得到三段式结果;随着列车运行速度提高,各波长区段对应分形维数值越小;无砟线路分形维数值呈现窄带分布,建议采用分形维数指标对无砟轨道服役状态进行管理,为深化和健全铁路线路养修管理奠定技术基础。
Running speed is an important factor affecting the running quality of the train. Different running speed causes different wavelength range of the irregularities of train and track vibration. In order to study and compare the fractal characteristics of track irregularity under different operating speeds, this paper uses divider method to calculate the fractal dimension characteristics corresponding to the track irregularity, obtains the change characteristics of the fractal dimension and the corresponding wavelength range under different speeds, and verifies and analyzes the ability of fractal dimension numerical characterization of the amplitude of track irregularity. The analysis of the sample data(height and track direction) of the ballast and ballastless track at the operating speed of 160 km/h, 200 km/h and 300 km/h shows that the fractal dimension can effectively and quantitatively evaluate the track irregularity state of the track, and the three-stage results can be obtained by calculating the fractal dimension of track irregularity with divider method. With the increase of train running speed, the fractal dimension of each wavelength segment becomes smaller. The fractal dimension of ballastless track presents a narrow band distribution and the fractal dimension index is recommended to regulate the service state of ballastless track, which lays a technical foundation for deepening and perfecting the maintenance management of railway tracks.
