某型号双曲率复杂外形数字化检测的研究

摘要 目前,飞机外形检测主要依靠卡板等工艺装备,在测量准确度和效率上无法满足新型号需求。现提出采用激光雷达的检测方法,以双曲率尾喷管为检测对象,展开数字化外形检测研究。针对尾喷管架上水平放置和架下垂直放置方式,通过调节仪器高度和俯仰角度摆动范围,计算出激光雷达最大有效辐射区域,从而在保证测量精度的前提下实现最少转站次数的全覆盖检测。对于尾喷管腔口内部上下型面,利用NDI激光扫描仪,补充激光雷达扫描盲区,获取尾喷管外表面和腔口内部的外形扫描数据。实验结果表明:采用激光雷达技术能够实现尾喷管高精度外形检测,在后续型号外形检测中,通过引入仿真软件,配合自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)与机械臂,可大大提高大部件和大尺寸外形检测效率。 At present,the aircraft shape detection mainly depends on the technical equipment such as card,which cannot meet the needs of the new model in terms of measurement accuracy and efficiency.The detection method of laser radar is now proposed,and the double curvature tail nozzle is used as the detection object to start the digital shape detection research.In view of the horizontal and vertical placement of the nozzle,the maximum effective radiation area of the laser radar is calculated by adjusting the height of the instrument and the swing range of the pitch angle.Under the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy,the full coverage detection with the minimum number of transfer is realized.For the upper and lower surfaces of the nozzle cavity,NDI laser scanner is used to supplement the laser radar scanning blind area to obtain the external surface and internal shape scanning date of the nozzle cavity.The experimental shows that the laser radar technology can achieve the high-precision shape detection of the nozzle.In the subsequent model shape detection,by introducing simulation software,cooperating with AGV and mechanical arm,the efficiency of shape detection of large parts and large dimensions can be greatly improved.
