摘要
针对ONU升级中带宽时延和带宽利用率影响升级效果问题,提出一种基于LSTM的IPACT改进算法。通过在IPACT轮询中运用LSTM对负载预测处理,GATE帧排队时间求出数据量,进而得出平均速率作为LSTM模型输入,依据LSTM预测速率计算时延及闲置带宽。OPNET仿真结果表明:改进算法的系统时延和带宽利用率均优于IPACT轮询算法,负载越大改进算法时延越小,带宽利用率越高,能够提升ONU带宽分配质量。
Focused on the issue that the bandwidth delay and bandwidth utilization affected the upgrade effect in ONU upgrade,an IPACT algorithm based on LSTM is proposed to allocate bandwidth. An IPACT algorithm based on LSTM was proposed.Used LSTM to perform load prediction processing in IPACT polling, GATE frame queuing time was used to obtain the data volume, and then the average rate was obtained as the input of the LSTM model, and the delay and idle bandwidth were calculated according to the LSTM prediction rate. Simulations were conducted on OPNET, in the simulation, the system delay and bandwidth utilization of the improved algorithm were better than that of the IPACT polling algorithm. The greater the load, the smaller the delay of the improved algorithm and the greater the bandwidth utilization, which could improve the quality of ONU bandwidth allocation.
