摘要
为了解决汽车覆盖件产品与模面设计过程中频繁变更的问题,提出基于自定义关联模型的覆盖件模面设计更新方法,该方法结合覆盖件模面设计流程的特点,设计了层次化关联模型,并研究了关联模型的数据继承机制与数据更新机制,实现了针对多因素设计变更的模面设计有序更新。结合NX平台上的汽车覆盖件模面智能化系统,应用自定义关联模型处理设计变更,提升了模面设计更新效率,缩短了模面研发周期。
In order to solve the problem of frequent changes in cover panel and die surface design,an update method of cover panel die surface design based on custom association model was pro⁃posed.Combining the characteristics of the cover panel die surface design process,the hierarchi⁃cal association model was designed,and the data inheritance mechanism and data update mecha⁃nism of the association model were studied,so as to realize the die surface design orderly update for multi-factor design changes.Combined with the intelligent system of cover panel die surface on NX platform,the custom association model was applied to handle design changes,which improved the update efficiency of die surface design and shortened the die surface research and develop⁃ment cycle.
