摘要
目的探讨黄芪多糖辅治直肠癌放化疗造成的急性放射性肠炎的效果。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2018年1月—2021年8月收治的急性放射性肠炎患者86例,随机分为两组各43例,对照组给予常规灌肠治疗,观察组加用黄芪多糖静脉滴注,比较两组临床有效率、主要症状与直肠黏膜评分、免疫与炎症指标。结果观察组临床有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(86.05%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后主要症状及直肠黏膜评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均升高,且观察组高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组炎症指标均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性放射性肠炎患者接受黄芪多糖治疗能够缓解临床症状、提高疗效,改善免疫与炎症反应可能是其发挥作用的重要机制。
Objective To investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharide in treating acute radiation enteritis caused by simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy of rectal cancers.Methods Totally 86 patients with acute radiation enteritis admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Jan.2018 to Aug.2021 were selected and assigned into two groups randomly,the control group was given routine enema,and the observation group was given astragalus polysaccharide intravenous infusion.The clinical effective rate,main symptoms,rectal mucosa score,immune and inflammatory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of control group(86.05%)(P<0.05);The scores of main symptoms and rectal mucosa in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD_(8)^(+) level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,Il-6,IL-8,TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)can improve the clinical efficacy of acute radiation enteritis,and the improvement of immune and inflammatory response may be an important mechanism.
