摘要
目的 探讨女性BMI对行胚胎PGT-A技术筛选出的整倍体胚胎移植后妊娠结局的影响。方法 本研究回顾性分析了自2019年1月至2021年8月在同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院行PGT-A筛选并获得整倍体胚胎的冻融胚胎移植周期的患者病史资料,共计366个周期,根据胚胎移植时女方BMI(kg/m^(2))分为3组:超重组(≥24,n=90)、正常组(18.5~23.9,n=249)和偏瘦组(<18.5,n=29)。比较分析各组间妊娠结局的差异。结果 3组患者间基本情况均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者间的妊娠结局,包括胚胎的着床率、生化及临床妊娠率、胎儿流产率和最终的活产率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 不同BMI患者移植整倍体胚胎的妊娠结局没有显著差异。
Objective To investigate the effect of female BMI on pregnancy outcomes after transfer of euploid embryos screened by preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies(PGT-A) technique. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the data of patients who underwent PGT-A and obtained euploid embryos from January 2019 to August 2021 in our hospital for a total of 366 cycles of frozen-thawed embryo transfer, divided into 3 groups according to the BMI(kg/m^(2)) of the female partner at the time of embryo transfer: The overweight group(≥24, n=90), the normal group(18.5~23.9, n=249) and the underweight group(<18.5, n=29). The pregnancy outcomes were compared among the groups. Results There were no significant difference in basic conditions among the three groups(P>0.05), and no significant difference in pregnancy outcomes including embryo implantation rate, biochemical and clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and live birth rate among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion There were no significant differences in pregnancy outcomes among patients with different BMI transferred with euploid embryos.
