摘要
利用1990、1995、2000、2005、2010、2015、2018年7期GUB-GLC30地表覆盖数据,快速有效地监测烟台中心城区近28年的扩张过程。利用扩展指数、空间格局指数、城市密度指数进行烟台市建成区扩张和驱动力分析。结果表明:1990—2018年烟台市城区处于持续扩张过程,不同时期的空间扩张主要方向和扩张速率不同,20世纪90年代城镇空间地域扩展速度较低,主要表现为在增长轴和增长点带动下的小幅度扩展;2000年后进入各个方向显著增长时期,北部芝罘岛、西部开发区、南部莱山区都重新焕发出强大的活力,新市政府办公区带动作用较大。城市密度指数说明生产总值、居民消费、人口和固定资产项目、房地产开发及城市基础设施投资的增加加快了建成区的改扩建。烟台城区主要集中在3~20 m高程之间,城区扩张大多发生在平坦地区。
Using the surface coverage data of GUB-GLC30 in 7 periods of 1990,1995,2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2018,the expansion process of Yantai central urban area in recent 28 years has been quickly and effectively monitored.The expansion index,spatial pattern index and urban density index are used to analyze the expansion and driving force of Yantai built-up area.The results show that the urban area of Yantai is in the process of continuous urban expansion during this period,and the main direction and speed of spatial expansion are different in different periods.In the 1990s,the speed of urban spatial expansion was relatively low,mainly represented by small-scale expansion driven by the growth axis and growth point.After 2000,the city entered a period of significant growth in all directions.Zhifu Island in the north,the Development Zone in the west,and Laishan District in the south are all rejuvenated with strong vitality,and the office area of the new municipal government plays a greater role.The urban density index shows that the increase of GDP,resident consumption,population and fixed asset projects,real estate development and urban infrastructure investment has accelerated the reconstruction and expansion of the built-up areas.Yantai urban area is mainly concentrated at an elevation of 3-20 m,and urban expansion mostly occurs in flat areas.
