摘要
为了应对我国东部地区乡村密集,农田、养殖区、林区交织,道路狭窄等复杂地形条件,2015年东方物探研发了MINI28型可控震源。该震源的驱动系统包括两套单桥传动系统,每套单桥传动系统采用一个液压泵驱动两个液压马达,再加上减速箱、传动轴、驱动桥以及轮胎,共同完成静液压传动。该系统通过行驶电子控制器实现了无级变速以及模式转变等功能。本文系统地阐述了该型号可控震源驱动系统的结构、工作原理及设计计算。
Considering the exploring areas in the east of China mingled with villages,farms and forests,BGP INC.launched MINI28 vibrator in 2015.The drive system of MINI28 comprises two sets of single-axle drive system.In each single-axle drive system,hydrostatic transmission is realized with two hydraulic motors driven by a hydraulic pump,one gear box,one transmission shaft and one driving axle together with two wheels.The electronic control unit can change the velocity and the work state of the vehicle.The article illustrates the design of MINI28 vibrator in detail.
