摘要
据了解,国内某三甲医院临床医学工程处自主开发了一套医疗设备信息化管理系统,该系统可对全院医疗设备的购置、技术应用、经济学评价、质量控制、风险控制及报废处置等全生命周期环节实施精准和高效的管理,值得学习借鉴;但在功能设置、维护成本、操作便捷性、系统稳定性等方面仍存在一定不足。该研究通过梳理分析该院医疗设备信息化管理系统的架构、功能及临床医学工程处结合该系统对全院医疗设备有效管理的相关制度,了解该系统的运行机制和在医院管理中有关医疗设备信息化管理的现状,探讨该系统的可取之处和不足之处,取长补短,以加快实现医疗设备信息化管理的高质量发展。
It is understood that the clinical medical engineering department of a class A tertiary hospital in China has independently developed a set of medical equipment informatization management system.The system can implement accurate and efficient management of the whole life cycle links such as the purchase,technical application,economic evaluation,quality control,risk control and scrap disposal of medical equipment in the whole hospital,which is worth learning;however,there are still some deficiencies in function setting,maintenance cost,operation convenience,system stability and so on.By combing and analyzing the architecture and functions of the hospital's medical equipment informatization management system and the relevant regimes formulated by the clinical medical engineering department for the effective management of the hospital's medical equipment in combination with the system,and understanding the operation mechanism of this system and the current situation of medical equipment informatization management in hospital management,this study explored the advantages and disadvantages of this system,and through learning from others'strong points to offset one's weakness to accelerate the high-quality development of medical equipment informatization management.
